The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

You agree to: Provide accurate and complete information; Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials; Use our services only for lawful purposes; Not interfere with or disrupt our services; Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of IFS Elevate or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. Consulting Engagements
Individual consulting engagements are governed by separate service agreements. These agreements will specify: Scope of work and deliverables; Fees and payment terms; Timeline and milestones; Confidentiality obligations; Termination conditions. In case of conflict, the specific service agreement will prevail over these general terms.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are as quoted in individual proposals or service agreements. Payment terms: Advance payment may be required before commencement; Late payments may incur interest at 18 percent per annum; All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST); Refund policies are specified in individual service agreements.
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We are willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: IFS Elevate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question; We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results; Professional advice should be verified with appropriate licensed professionals.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided as-is and as-available. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding: The accuracy or completeness of information; The results that may be obtained from our services; The merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; That our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IFS Elevate, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: Your use of our services; Your violation of these terms; Your violation of any third-party rights; Any content you provide to us.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination: Your right to use our services will cease immediately; Any outstanding payments will become immediately due; Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and IFS Elevate regarding the use of our services.
